At 3.15pm I was still waiting and when I asked the reception how long before I could be seen they said: there is one more person before you....so why did you book me in at 2.45pm?????????

Great experience with the out of hours dentist service .Clean friendly welcoming environment. No waiting, staff polite and helpful. Booked via 111. The dental nurse phoned to book us in very quickly and my son was seen without a long wait. The dentist was very helpful and professional. We were very grateful for the treatment and lucky to be able to access it out of hours.Thank you.

This walk in clinic has an extremely appalling service, i've been there twice and both times they made us wait for hours. I took my mum there and she was 3rd in que to be seen yet we had to wait 3 hours because they let 10 other patients that came after go before her because apparently they were young and they are the priority , which i find hard to believe as they all seemed to look like adults. Another time when my 5 month old baby neice had an ear infection but she was not given any importance or seen as a priority to be seen first because she's a baby only because her mum wears a hijab she had to wait for hours with her baby crying in pain for hours on top of that everytime my sister asked the receptionist about the waiting time the receptionist got extremely rude to her. To me this an extremely racist behaviour towards my sister and my innocent 5 month old baby neice who has done nothing wrong to them. They really need to sort their staff and the walk in clinics system out properly.

I have raging toothache, eyes red from where the pain has me in tears, and the snotty unsympathetic receptionist rudely tells me they are no longer a walk in centre, even though they're listed as one!

Ok but be prepared to wait! They say use this rather than A&E and you may not visibly age so much but time will drag!

It's a sorry state of affairs when your mobile is more *caring/informative than the staff at this place. What a waste of time!!!!
